- Electronic Fault Light -
| Our
DC (and AC/DC) compressors come with an LED fault light on
the electronics module. If the module detects an
error, the light will blink from 1 to 5 times, repeating
every 4 seconds. Refer to the table below to determine
the fault detected. |
|
 |
| Number
of Flashes |
Error Type |
| 5 |
Thermal Cut-Out of
Electronic Unit The electronic
unit is too hot. Either the air temperature is
very high, or the refrigeration system is overloaded. |
| 4 |
Minimum Motor Speed Error
The motor cannot maintain its minimum speed
of 1,850 RPM. The refrigeration system is probably
overloaded. |
| 3 |
Motor Start Error
The rotor is blocked or the differential
pressure in the refrigeration system is too high (>5 bar). |
| 2 |
Fan Over-Current Cut-Out
The condenser fan is drawing more than 1 amp peak
from the electronic module. It is probably
defective. |
| 1 |
Battery Protection Cut-Out
The DC voltage from the batteries is too low
(less than 9.6V). Either the batteries are drained
down or there is a problem with the electrical supply. |
